Our Open Day, dedicated on Christmas applications, was held with great success on October 31st at our Bakery Center in Thessaloniki. In a wonderful festive atmosphere, our guests had the opportunity to get inspiration on several Christmas applications, such as Christmas cakes, layered cakes, panettone, tsoureki, as well as a wide range of impressive patisserie applications. The leaders of the event were our favorite Mama’s Cake, the Dream Cream Cake, the all-time classic Tsoureki Oriental, Mio Panettone and the Macaron Mix. Our fruit range Fruitful and our chocolate decorations with Arabesque chocolate were a wonderful addition of the event. Visitors were thrilled by the look and the taste of the applications presented and increased their creativity in order to provide to their customers a true tasting experience this Christmas!
