Mama’s Cake 1.000 g
Pastry flour 880 g
Margarine Princess 620 g
Sunflower oil 120 g
Water 120 g
Lemon shavings (or lemon aroma) 3-4 pcs

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together for 2-3 minutes until you get a homogeneous dough.

    Cut the dough in pieces of 15-20 g and shape at will.

    Place the cookies onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake at 160-170℃ for about 22 minutes.
