Wholegrain Bread Rings

Dinkel Vollkorn Extra 1.500 g
Sugar 75 g
Oil 90 g
Salt 30 g
Yeast 60 g
Water 800 g


    Mix all the ingredients together at low speed for 2 minutes and then switch to high speed for 4-5 minutes.

    Optionally add MR. KORN Dinkel (boiled, ready to use dinkel grains). Ratio: 30% of the dough.

    Allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes on a working surface, once you cave covered it.

    Cut the dough into preferable portions. Indicative portions: 60-80 gr.

    Mould and decorate with sesame.

    Place the bread rings onto a baking tray and leave at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.

    Bake at 230°C with steam for 10-12 minutes.
