Yeast 20 g
Sugar 20 g
Regal 10 g
Bechamel GR 200 g for the filling
Feta cheese 1.000 g for the filling
Pepper for the filling
Oregano for the filling

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients with the flat beater for 5-6 minutes at the medium speed.

Cut in 30 g or in 120 g.

Give a round shape, press the dough and add 5-7 g of the filling to the small ones and 40 g to the big ones.

Proof for 25-30 minutes.

Bake at 180° C for 25-30 minutes.
