Feta cheese 700 g


    Mix all the ingredients apart from the feta cheese using a flat beater for 5-6 minutes at the medium speed.

    Add the feta cheese grated and mix for 1 more minute.

    Pour the dough at a baking sheet and proof for 30 minutes at 35-37°C, 70% RH.

    Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
