Water 270-275 g

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together with the "flat beater" for 4 minutes at medium speed of the planetary mixer, until a uniform liquid batter is formed.

Fill the forms up to 2/3 of their height.

Bake at 175oC for about 35-40 minutes.
