With forest fruit flavor.

Oil 300 g
Water 265 g
Fruitful Blueberry 200 g
Pistacchio crumble 100 g
Dip White 1.000 g covering
Scaldis White 150 g covering
Bianca GR 500 g decoration
Hot water 500 g decoration
Granulated sugar 500 g decoration
Powdered sugar 500 g decoration


    Mix all the ingredients apart from the Fruitful Blueberry and the pistachios with the whisk for 4 minutes at the medium speed.

    Add the Fruitful Blueberry and the pistachios and mix again with a mariz.


    Serve in baking sheets and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C  for 45-50 minutes.

    For the decoration

    Mix the Bianca GR, the hot water and the granulated sugar at the high speed until it swells.

    Add the powdered sugar and mix with a mariz.

    Bake in a pre heated oven at 100 °C for 60-90 minutes.
