Arabesque Dark 52% Chocolate (melted) 400 gr

Whole Milk 1.600 gr
Arabesque Dark 52% Chocolate (melted) 200 gr

Preparation

    Use the wire whip to mix the milk together with the Mousse Du Chef mix for 1 minute at low speed and then for 5-7 minutes at high speed.

    In the end, slowly add the melted chocolate making sure it blends well. The fluffy cream is ready for use.
