Orange traybake with puff pastry

Mama’s Cake 1.000 g
Sunflower oil 400 g
Orange juice 250 g
Water 150 g
Yogurt 100 g
Orange shavings (or orange aroma) 40 g
Puff pastry 5 pcs
Water 500 g for the syrup
Sugar 600 g for the syrup
Glucose 50 g for the syrup

Preparation

    In a baking sheet, place the puff pastry unshaped one by one and bake at 170℃ for about 5-7 minutes until they turn light golden.

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients apart from the yogurt and mix for 5 minutes at medium speed.

    At the end, add the yogurt and the puff pastry and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.

    Place the dough in a baking sheet 30x40 and bake at 160℃ for about 40 minutes.

    Cut the orange traybake at will and pour over 800-900g lukewarm syrup.
