Red Velvet Cake 1.000 gr cake ingredients
Eggs 350 gr cake ingredients
Oil 300 gr cake ingredients
Water 225 gr cake ingredients
Cheese Cream Phill 1.000 gr cream ingredients
Milk (full fat) 2.900 gr cream ingredients

Preparation

Use the flat beater to mix all the cake ingredients together at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour the mixture into a preferred heart shaped mold by filling it up to 2/3. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.

Use the wire whisk to mix all the cream ingredients together at high speed for 5 minutes.

Once the cake has cooled down, cut it into 3 layers and start layering. Spread cream in between. Place the cake into the fridge.

Coat with Décor Icing White (sugar paste).
