Butter tarts

A classic and distinctly delicious treat.

Go Cookies 1.000 g
“Cake type” flour 800 g
Eggs 300 g
Butter 99% 700 g

Preparation

Mix the Go Cookies mix together with the eggs and the butter with the flat beater for 1-1,5 minutes at high speed, starting at low speed.

Add the cake type flour and mix for 1 minute at low speed until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Line tart molds with thin tart layers.

Bake at 185-190°C for 13-15 minutes.

Use as a filling Cheese Cream Phill (cream cheese) and as a coating Frutafill Lemon (lemon jelly).
