Mama’s Cake 1.000 g
Pastry flour 880 g
Margarine Princess 620 g
Sunflower oil 120 g
Water 120 g
Jam for the decoration

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together for 2-3 minutes until you get a homogeneous dough.

    Cut the dough in pieces of 20-25 g and shape in balls.

    Place in a baking sheet and push in the center to create some space for the jam.

    Bake at 160-170℃ for about 22-25 minutes.
