Florentiner mix 1.000 g
Dried cherry 100 g
Sesame 300 g
Oat 300 g
Pistachio 200 g
Almonds 200 g
Dried fruit 300 g
Regal (baking powder) 15 g
Brown sugar 100 g

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Spread the mixture into a 2 cm layer, onto a parchment paper lined tray

    Bake at 210oC for 8-10 minutes.

    Before it cools down, score and cut as you wish.
