| Regal (baking powder) | 15 g | 
| Brown sugar | 100 g | 
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Spread the mixture into a 2 cm layer, onto a parchment paper lined tray
Bake at 210oC for 8-10 minutes.
Before it cools down, score and cut as you wish.
