at Artozyma 2026!

For the first time, Sefco Zeelandia participated dynamically in Artozyma 2026.

With great pleasure and remarkable success, Sefco Zeelandia completed its debut participation in the Artozyma 2026 exhibition, held from February 28 to March 2, welcoming thousands of professionals who filled the Thessaloniki International Exhibition & Congress Center.

Our booth was full of people, engaging conversations, smiles, and new ideas and for us, that is the greatest success. We had the pleasure of meeting partners and customers from all over Greece as well as the Balkans, exchanging views and presenting new products that truly stood out.

Sefco Zeelandia welcomed a large number of professionals from the bakery and pastry sectors, who had the opportunity to see and taste unique bakery, pastry, and gelato creations, while also drawing inspiration from the company’s innovative ideas.

The spotlight was stolen by the new, indulgent additions in the cake category, such as the Speculoos Cake, with its authentic aroma and flavor, as well as classic options like the Carrot Cake, known for its rich aromas and delightful carrot taste.

From cakes to cookies, brownies, and tarts, professionals had the opportunity to discover Sefco Zeelandia’s unique proposals for their businesses.

A prominent place was also given to fine pastry, where we presented the new Minuta Speculoos cold pastry cream, featuring an authentic speculoos aroma and flavor, which our technical team used to create imaginative applications. Equally well received was the new Chocolatier Caramel Gold, a caramel cream for post-baking use with a wonderfully smooth texture, ideal for filling or coating, especially when combined with Chocolatier Cover. The refined appearance of the desserts attracted attention, while their delicate taste left an excellent impression on all who tried them.

Of course, the gelato display took center stage, as demand from visitors was overwhelming. People continuously gathered around the Casa Gelato range to taste new flavors, interact with our technicians, and find inspiration for their own gelato displays. Particular attention was drawn to the new Gelato Movano flavor, with its intense chocolate Swiss-style taste, as well as the new Gelato Speculoos, featuring authentic speculoos flavor and real biscuit pieces. Positive feedback was also received for the rest of the gelato range presented at the exhibition, including Crema Catalana, Ricotta, and the three new Variegone flavors: Salty Almond, Wild Sicilian Strawberry, and Caffè Santos.

Our chocolate decorations also held a special place at the booth, including the Idea Choc Decorations, Scaglietta, Vermicelli, and Blossoms, each available in three flavors (dark, milk, and white chocolate), as well as Crispy Balls (3mm in dark, milk, and white chocolate, and 5mm in five different flavors: dark, milk, white, mix, strawberry, and salted caramel).

A key highlight of our booth was the HO.RE.CA section, where we presented products such as the new Easy Soufflé (requiring only water), along with waffles, crepes, and pancakes showcased through creative and alternative applications. Visitors enjoyed innovative concepts such as crepe sushi and waffle churros, among many others that kept their interest high.

Finally, in the bakery segment, we offered a wide variety of options such as Vikorn and Alpen, sourdough breads prepared using techniques like poolish and biga, along with many other baked goods that have stood the test of time and remain staples in our customers’ selections. There were also numerous snack suggestions for every moment of the day, including Panomix Fiesta Picante, Ευsporo, and a variety of puff pastry products. 

All these new options, along with many timeless favorites, were available for visitors to discover at the Sefco Zeelandia booth during Artozyma 2026. The company’s presence left the best impressions, offering products that meet current market trends and needs.
