In order to renew their showcases and consequently also the interest of their customers, professional pastry chefs attended this unique event to see on first hand the company's new proposals for pastry applications using cake mixes. In particular, Nikolaos Alevizopoulos, Nektarios Symeonidis and Yiannis Zografos were inspired and curated the creations in the confectionery showcases, while Nikos Peponakis and Vangelis Papachristou presented the company's wide variety of cakes and christmas cakes.
