Bread improver in powder form for doughs that remain refrigerated for 6-48 hours. It provides stability to the production process, prevents the formulation of blisters on the crust and ensures a short preparation time from the moment it comes out of refrigerated conditions until baking. Ideal for interrupted baking process with use of refrigerator or dough retarder.
