Butter 82% (room temperature) 230 g
Sugar 100 g
Brown sugar 100 g
Vanilla 2 g
Krithino 250 g
Strong flour Τ70% 100 g
Regal 10 g
Cinnamon 8 g
Water 20 g

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together with the flat beater on slow speed for 3 minutes.

Shape into a cane and cut at desired size.

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon

Bake at  210° C for 10-12 minutes.
