| Water | 400 gr |
| Oil | 500 gr |
| White wine | 150 gr |
| Cognac | 50 gr |
| Sugar | 200 gr |
| Regal (baking powder) | 50 gr |
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together at low speed for 5 minutes.
Mould the dough into grissini strips and place them onto a baking tray.
Bake at 200°C for 18 minutes.
