Multigrain Grissini with Wine

Panomix Polysporo 1.000 gr
Strong Flour T70% 1.000 gr
Margarine Princess 150 gr
Water 400 gr
Oil 500 gr
White wine 150 gr
Cognac 50 gr
Sugar 200 gr
Regal (baking powder) 50 gr

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients together at low speed for 5 minutes.

    Mould the dough into grissini strips and place them onto a baking tray.

    Bake at 200°C for 18 minutes.
