Multigrain Stuffed Buns

Strong Flour T70% 530 gr
Panomix Polysporo 470 gr
Margarine Princess 430 gr
Eggs 100 gr
Sugar 35 gr
Yeast 35 gr
Water 200 gr
Feta Cheese 380 gr

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients (apart from the feta cheese) at low speed for 3 minutes and then switch to medium speed for 5 minutes until you get a stretchy dough. At the end add the feta cheese and mix for 1 minute.

    Allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes, once you have covered it.

    Cut the dough into preferable portions (indicative portions: 25 gr), mould into a round shape and place onto a baking tray.

    Proof for 50 minutes.

    Cover with egg wash or sprinkle with grated hard cheese or gouda cheese.

    Bake at 210°C with steam for 15 minutes.
