Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients together at low speed for 3 minutes and then switch to high speed for 8 minutes until you get a stretchy dough.

    Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes.

    Cut the dough into 80-100 gr portions and mould into round shapes.

    Allow the cut dough to rest.

    Shape into preferable form.

    Decorate the bread rings with 1 part Seedmix and 2 parts sesame.

    Leave in room temperature for 5-10 minutes.

    Bake at 215°C with low steam for 23 minutes.
