Yeast 90 gr bread ingredients
Water (cold) 1.800 gr bread ingredients
Iceberg filling ingredients
Mayonaisse filling ingredients
Tuna fish filling ingredients
Cappers filling ingredients
Seedmix extra ingredients
Sesame extra ingredients

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients together at low speed for 3 minutes and then switch to high speed for 7 minutes until you get a stretchy dough.

    Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes once you have covered it with a plastic sheet.

    Mould into preferable shapes and weight. Indicative portions: 120-150 gr.

    Decorate with Seedmix and sesame.

    Proof (±35°C/70% moistness) for 35 minutes.

    Bake at 210°C for 15-20 minutes.
