Stuffed Buns

Silkgrain Sonnen-Müsli - Stuffed buns with hazelnut and raisins.

Flour Τ70% 1.000 gr
Silkgrain Sonnen-Müsli 500 gr
Margarine Princess 430 gr
Eggs 100 gr
Honey 100 gr
Yeast 70 gr
Sugar 140 gr
Water 180 gr
Salt 20 gr
Hazelnuts 100 gr
Raisins 100 gr

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients (apart from the hazelnuts and raisins) with the flat beater at low speed for 1-2 minutes and then at high speed for 7-8 minutes, gradually adding the water. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing at low speed for 1 minute.

    Allow to rest for 25 minutes.

    Divide the dough into portions of 60 gr. Slightly work the dough roundly.

    Sprinkle with corn flakes, hazelnut and raisins.

    Proof for 45 minutes.

    Bake at 200°C for 22-25 minutes.
