Preparation
Mix all the ingredients with the flat beater at low speed for 2 minutes and then at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Mould strips and put them in baking trays.
Spray with some water and sprinkle with sesame and kefalotyri cheese.
Bake at 180-185°C for 30-35 minutes.
