Silkgrain Veggie - Stuffed buns with feta cheese and red peppers.

Flour Τ70% 1.000 gr
Silkgrain Veggie 500 gr
Margarine Princess 430 gr
Eggs 100 gr
Yeast 70 gr
Sugar 40 gr
Water 100 gr
Salt 20 gr
Feta cheese 400 gr
Red peppers 1-2 pcs

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients (apart from the feta cheese and the red peppers) with the flat beater at low speed for 1-2 minutes and then at high speed for 7-8 minutes, gradually adding the water. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue mixing at low speed for 1 minute.

    Allow to rest for 25 minutes.

    Divide the dough into portions of 60 gr. Slightly work the dough roundly.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese.

    Proof for 45 minutes.

    Bake at 200°C for 22-25 minutes
