Crème Brulee
Silky smooth, rich and soft with a crunchy caramel topping.

| Crème Brulee | 150 g | 
| Whole milk | 400 g | 
| Casa Cream UHT 35% | 400 g | 
Preparation
Heat the milk together with the Casa Cream while stirring.
Add the Crème brulée to the warm milk and continute to heat while stiring until you bring to a boil.
Pour the liquid mixture into bowls or any molds you prefer, place them in the fridge and allow them to cool down and set (at least for 5 hours).
Decorate the Crème Brulèes with burnt sugar.
