Fruit jelly

Just add the mix and boil with water.

Water 5.000 g

Preparation

Pour half of the water into a pot and bring it to a boil.

Add all the fruit jelly quantity while the water is boiling and make sure you stir until the mix is well dissolved.

Once the mix is dissolved, add the remaining water (at room temperature) and make sure you mix well.

Serve the liquid jelly into bowls or desired forms and place them into a refrigerator until the cool down and become fully stabilized.

More information

You can use fruit juice or fruit syrup instead of water depending on your preference.
