American Brownie - a Christmas special brownie with Minuta Ivoire custard and forest fruits

Minuta Ivoire Cream 1.000 gr Cream ingredients
Water (cool) 2.500 gr Cream ingredients
Frutti di Bosco Piu 80 gr Cream ingredients
Casa Cream UHT 1.000 gr Extra ingredients
Fruitful Raspberry Extra ingredients
Scaldis White (compound chocolate) Extra ingredients
Red cocoa butter spray Extra ingredients

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the brownie ingredients (apart from the chocolate drops, the walnuts and the hazelnuts) at medium speed for 2-3 minutes. 

    Add the chocolate drops, the walnuts and the hazelnuts. 

    Pour the mixture onto parchement paper lined baking trays, filling them up to 1,5-2 cm. 

    Bake at 170 – 180°C for 20 – 30 minutes and let them cool down. 

    Prepare the cream by adding the whipped Casa Cream UHT and pour into silicone molds. Place in the freezer. 

    Once they have frozen, remove from the mold and spray with the red cocoa butter.

    Assemble the pieces and decorate with  Fruitful Raspberry και Scaldis White.
