Baked Apple Pie Cheesecake

With Apple Pie Cake and Cheese Cream Phil!

Water 125 g Cake
Cheese Cream Phil 500 g Cheese Filling
Milk 700 g Cheese Filling
Eggs 220 g Cheese Filling
Yoghurt 600 g Cheese Filling

Preparation

Preparation of Cake
Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix at medium speed with the "paddle" for 4 minutes. Serve in a 28cm ring mold, with 300g on the base.

Preparation of Cheese Filling
Mix the Cream Cheese (Philadelphia) with the milk and eggs for 2 minutes at high speed using the whisk.
Add the yogurt and whisk for another 2 minutes.

Serve 700g of the cheese filling in the ring mold, on top of the cake base.

Bake at 180 °C for 30 to 35 minutes.
