Preparation

Add the basic recipe ingredients to the mixer bowl and mix with the flat beater for 2 minutes on medium speed.
At the end of mixing, add the extra ingredients.
Cut the dough to a weight of 30-40 g and place on a baking sheet with non-stick paper.
Bake at 210°C for 8-9 minutes.
