Chocolatier Bueno at will covering


Add the basic recipe ingredients to the mixer bowl and mix with the flat beater for 4 minutes on high speed.
At the end of mixing, add the extra ingredients and continue mixing for a while, until they are homogenized.
Serve in a 30x40 cm pan with non-stick paper and bake at 180°C for 22-25 minutes.
Melt the Chocolatier Bueno at 40-45°C and after the brownies have cooled, cover and cut to the desired size.
