Honey or Glucose | 150 g |
Preparation
Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together for 2 minutes at low speed until you get a homogeneous and easy workable dough.
Spread the dough onto a baking trays (layer: 1,5-2 cm).
Bake at 190°C for 14 minutes (fan oven) or at 205°C (upper part) and 170°C (lower part) for 14 minutes (deck oven).
Once the dough has cooled down, cut into stick shapes.
Place the cookies sticks in the fridge for 2 hours and then cover them with chocolate.
Decorate as you wish.
