Carrot Cake

Basic carrot cake recipe.

Carrot Cake 1000 g
Oil 410 g
Eggs 80 g
Water 410 g

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients with the flat beater for 2 minutes at low speed and for 4 minutes at high speed, until a smooth, fluid batter forms without lumps.
Pour the mixture into preferable molds, filling them up to 2/3.

Bake at 180°C for approximately 45–50 minutes.
