Preparation
Preparation for Brownie
Place all the ingredients for the brownie in the mixer bowl and mix at medium speed with the "paddle" for 2-3 minutes.
Preparation for Cookie
Place all the ingredients in the mixer bowl and mix with the paddle for 2 minutes on slow speed until the dough is homogeneous and workable.
Assembly (before baking)
Place American Brownie dough as the base in one-third of the pan, and in the other one-third, place soft cookies with the Choco Orange Cake dough.
Bake together at 170°C for 15 minutes, depending on the pan.
Once cooled, remove from the pan.
Decoration
Fruitful Orange and black line orange cubes.
