Flour 70% 180 g
Princess margarine 260 g
Eggs 70 g
Glucose 150 g
Pasta Pistachio Vero 100 g

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix on medium speed with the "paddle" until a uniform dough is formed.

Portion into 100g pieces.

Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.

Decorate with Chocolatier Pistachio.
