| Flour 70% | 180 g |
| Princess margarine | 260 g |
| Eggs | 70 g |
| Glucose | 150 g |
| Pasta Pistachio Vero | 100 g |
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix on medium speed with the "paddle" until a uniform dough is formed.
Portion into 100g pieces.
Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Decorate with Chocolatier Pistachio.
