Preparation
Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix on medium speed with the "paddle" until a uniform dough is formed.
Portion into 100g pieces.
Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Decorate with Chocolatier Avorio and Biscotto di Meliga.
