Daily Moist Choco Cake 1.000 g
Eggs 350 g
Oil 300 g
Water 250 g

Preparation

Add the cake ingredients to the mixer bowl and mix with the paddle attachment for 1 minute on low speed, then for 4-5 minutes on medium speed, until a smooth batter forms.
Pour into molds, filling them up to 2/3 of their height.
Bake at 175°C for approximately 40 minutes (for 300g molds) in a traditional deck oven.
