Double Cream Muffin 1.000 g
Sunflower oil 400 g
Water 400 g
Eggs 100 g
Black Line orange cubes 100 g
Almonds 150 g
Mahlab 5 g
Cinnamon 2 g
Cloves 1 g
Nutmeg 2 g
Mastic 1 g
Vanilla extract 1 g

Preparation

    Add all the ingredients in the mixer bowl, except the orange cubes and the almonds and mix with the flat beater for 5 minutes at medium speed.

    Add the orange cubes and the almonds and mix all the ingredients together for 1 minute.

    Pour the mixture into preferable molds, filling them up to 1/2.

    Bake at 150°C for 50-60 minutes (depending on the weight and molds you use).

    Decorate with Fondant and Digestive Cookies.

Tip

To save time you can prepare beforehand the spice mixture and store in a bowl in order to be ready to use.
