Double Cream Muffin

Double Choco Muffin 1.000 g
Oil (odorless seed oil) 400 g
Water 400 g
Eggs (optional) 100 g

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients at medium speed with the use of the mixer’s flat beater for 5 minutes

    Add chocolate drops, nuts or other desired ingredients and mix well.

    Pour the mixture into muffin trays and bake at 180-200°C (baking time based on muffin size).
