Genoise Brown 2.250 gr sponge cake ingredients
Eggs 1.500 gr sponge cake ingredients
Water 400-500 gr sponge cake ingredients
Masca Lime 1.000 gr covering ingredients
Water 100 gr covering ingredients
Presta Lemon extra ingredients


Mix all the ingredients for the tart using the flat beater for 1-2 minutes at the slow speed, until you get a homogenous dough.

Form the tarts into the suitable cooking utensil and bake at 185°C for 9-11 minutes, depending on the size.

Let it cool down and fill with Presta Lemon.

For the sponge cake, mix all the ingredients together at high speed with the use of the wire whip, at the beginning at the slow speed and then for 5 minutes at the high speed. Pour the dough into cake pans filling them until 2/3 of height and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.

Fill the right silicone mould with cream, add a thin piece of sponge cake and let it freeze.

Heat Masca Lime with water together and cover.

Decorate as you wish.
