Mama's Cake - a traditional Greek “Vasilopita” with fresh cream and caramelized almonds

Oil 750 gr Cake ingredients
Water 750 gr Cake ingredients
Casa Cream UHT (Fresh cream) 150 gr Cake ingredients
Orange shavings 1-2 oranges Cake ingredients
Caramelized almonds (crumbs) 200 gr Extra ingredients
Decor Icing White (sugar paste) Extra ingredients

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the cake ingredients together at medium speed for 5 minutes. The mixture you get should be in liquid form without volume.

    Add the caramelized almonds and mix all the ingredients together for 1 minute.

    Pour the mixture into preferable molds, filling them up to ¾.

    Bake at 150-160°C for 50-55 minutes (depending on the weight and molds you use).

    Decorate with Décor Icing White (sugar paste).
