Mama's Cake - Whip a batch of this cookie dough and you will be ready to bake any kind of cookie.

Mama's Cake 2.000 gr
Pastry flour Τ70% 1.000 gr
Margarine Princess 1.200 gr
Oil (seed oil) 200 gr
Granulated sugar 100 - 200 gr
Regal (baking powder) 32 gr
Tap water 200 gr

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together (apart from the toppings or mix-in ingredients) at medium or high speed for 2-3 minutes until you get a homogeneous, smooth dough.

    Add the preferred toppings or mix-in ingredients and make sure they are well blended by mixing shortly and smoothly. If you decide to use cocoa make sure you add it at the beginning to the recipe’s water amount.

    Cut the dough into 20-25 gr (uneven shapes) and place them onto a parchment paper.

    Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes..
