Fruit pie Cake

Mama's Cake - fruit goodness blended with a soft and sweet cake batter.

Mama's Cake 2.000 gr Base ingredients
Oil (sunflower/corn) 750 gr Base ingredients
Tap water 750 gr Base ingredients
Fruit Filling 400 gr Fruit ingredients
Eldorado (hot process neutral gel) Coating ingredients

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together at medium speed for 5 minutes.

    On a 22 cm parchment paper lined tray, spread a 400 gr layer of any Fruit Filling flavor you prefer.

    Pour the batter on top of the fruit layer.

    Bake at 170-180°C for 35-40 minutes. 

    Once finished baking, remove from the tray and tip over. Remove the parchment paper.

    Once the pie reaches room temperature, coat with Eldorado.
