Maro I (almond cake) | 300 gr | |
Eggs | 300 gr | |
Oil | 380 gr | |
Water | 250 gr | |
Eldorado | extra ingredients | |
Grated almonds | extra ingredients |
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients at low speed with the flat beater for 1 minute and then switch to high speed for 4 minutes, until homogeneous dough is formed. Maro I (almond paste) should be at room temperature.
Bake at 165-170°C for 45 minutes.
Coat with Eldorado and decorate with grated almonds.
