Mama's Deco 1.000 gr
Maro I (almond cake) 300 gr
Eggs 300 gr
Oil 380 gr
Water 250 gr
Eldorado extra ingredients
Grated almonds extra ingredients

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients at low speed with the flat beater for 1 minute and then switch to high speed for 4 minutes, until homogeneous dough is formed. Maro I (almond paste) should be at room temperature.

    Bake at 165-170°C for 45 minutes.

    Coat with Eldorado and decorate with grated almonds.
