Moist & Creamy! - Mama's Deco

Mama's Deco 1.000 gr
Eggs 300 gr
Seed oil (odorless) 400 gr
Water 250 gr
Sugar 70 gr
Dip White / Choco / Caramel coating ingredients

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together for 1 minute at low speed and then switch to high speed for 4 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture.

    Pour into silicone molds, filling them up to 2/3 (about 60 gr mixture in each mold space) and then place the sticks.

    Bake at 160°C for 22-25 minutes.

    Once the cake has cooled down coat with melted Dip  (either white, choco or caramel) and decorate with nuts, chocolate sprinkles etc.
