Mama's Deco (chocolate) 1.000 gr
Eggs 300 gr
Seed Oil 380 gr
Water 250 gr
Sugar 50 gr

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredient together at low speed for 1 minute and then switch to high speed for 4 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture.

    Pour the mixture into preferable molds, filling them up to 2/3. If you wish, add fruits and bake stable custards on top.

    Bake at 160-170°C for 30-55 minutes (depending on the weight, the mold and the fruit quantity).

More information

If you want to add fruits or custards on the surface do not add sugar to the mixture.
