Mama's Deco 1.000 gr cake ingredients
Eggs 300 gr cake ingredients
Oil (refined vegetable oil) 380 gr cake ingredients
Water 250 gr cake ingredients
Nescafe powder 8 gr extra ingredients
Water 20 gr extra ingredients
Bitter Caramel (paste) 22 gr extra ingredients
Variegone Dulce di Latte extra ingredients

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together at low speed for 1 minute and then switch to high speed for 4 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture.

    Add the Nescafé powder (once you have dissolved it into 20 gr of water) and the Bitter Caramel paste.

    Mix by hand 15 times.

    Pour into round molds.

    Decorate by shaping concentric circles with the Variegone Dulce di Latte and biscuit crumbs.

    Bake at 165°C for 40-42 minutes.
