Mama's Deco 1.000 gr
Maro I (almond paste) 300 gr
Eggs 300 gr
Oil 380 gr
Water 250 gr
Fruitful lemon extra ingredients
Almond shavings extra ingredients

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredient together at low speed for 1 minute and then switch to high speed for 4 minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture (The Maro I almond paste should be at room temperature).

    Pour the mixture into round molds or trays.

    Cover with Frutafill Lemon (lemon jelly) before you bake. Do not cover the center part so you can cover it with almond shavings.

    Bake at 165-170°C for 50-55 minutes.
