Mama’s Olikis 1.000 g
Pastry flour 240 g
Butter 99% concentrated 280 g
Margarine Princess 120 g
Honey 200 g
Eggs 200 g

Preparation

    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients at low speed for 3 minutes.

    Cut the dough into 50 g. If you want to make cookies with filling, add the filling with the help of a piping bag and mould in a round shape.

    Place onto a parchment paper.

    Bake at 185ºC for 9-11 minutes, depending of the size of the cookies.

For the filling you can use:

  • Fine Cream Chocolate Hazelnut (at will)
  • Fine Cream Salted Caramel (at will)
  • Arabesque White in pieces (200 g)
