Mama’s Olikis 2.000 g
Oil (seed oil) 800 g
Water 800 g


    Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients at medium speed for 5 minutes, until you get a homogenous dough.
    Pour the mixture into the preferable molds, filling them up to 2/3, floured or sprayed them with Carlo (release agent).

    Bake at 180°C for as much time as needed depending on the weight and the oven type.

    Indicative baking duration: 45-50 minutes for 500 g cakes.

    Once the cakes have cooled down you can proceed with the preferable decoration.
